Our upcoming workout videos are filmed in a brand new, cleaner environment. The location is changing, but the tough workouts, the sweat, and the familiar momentum remain exactly the same!
I am constantly working on providing you with the best possible quality and experience during your home workouts. That is why I am thrilled to announce that the latest content coming to the Video Library is being shot in a completely new, fresh location!
What does this mean in practice?
- Cleaner visuals: A brighter, more modern, and spacious environment awaits you on your screens, allowing you to focus even more on the movements and proper execution.
- The usual energy: The set is changing, but the core remains the same! The tough strengthening exercises, upbeat music, and familiar rhythms continue to guarantee that we'll max out your heart rate and muscle work right in your living room.
- Support from the background: Naturally, the girls are coming to the new location too, so they will continue to show the modified "B" versions. Also, since everyone has a different style, their movements might be more ideal for you to follow, so you can always keep an eye on them too!
